The goal was to design a user-friendly, visually engaging experience that reflects the agency’s dynamic nature and professionalism. We began with in-depth discovery: mapping the user journeys, analyzing digital behavior trends in the creative and consulting industries, and identifying emotional touchpoints that define trust in B2B relationships.
